Angela Hood is the Development Manager for P.B. Bell focusing on all upcoming P.B. Bell multifamily development projects. Her responsibilities include entitlements, development as well as third party consultants, governing municipalities and utility coordination. Angela's other duties include department budgeting, cash flow, and interdepartmental communication. Angela has more than 15 years of real estate development experience working for public and private homebuilders.Prior to joining P.B. Bell, Angela worked as the VP of Asset Management for Acacia Capital Corporation where she managed over 7,500 single family lots throughout the United States. Previous to Acacia, Angela worked in land acquisition, development and accounting departments for several private and public homebuilders including Centex, Meritage and WestStone Properties.
Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
